I'm Ianina Cauciello, Food Engineer and Founder of Global Food Advisors. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in Argentina's seafood and meat industry, I built this consultancy to give international buyers what no remote service can offer: a trusted expert physically present at origin.
From processing plants in Mar del Plata to cold storage facilities across Argentina's main export hubs, my team and I are on the ground — verifying, documenting, and reporting so that what was agreed arrives the way it was promised.
