I'm Ianina Cauciello, Food Engineer and Founder of Global Food Advisors. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in Argentina's seafood and meat industry, I built this consultancy to give international buyers what no remote service can offer: a trusted expert physically present at origin.

Product core temperature monitoring to verify cold chain integrity. Standard: ≤ -18°C. Recorded per sample across the shipment.
